Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Avera Jewels. We want you to love your new pieces, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t a perfect fit.

1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn & Original Condition: Items must show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original jewelry box and packaging.

  • Safety Seals: If your item arrived with a security tag or hygiene seal, it must remain attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, all earring sales are final unless they arrive defective.

  • Custom/Engraved Pieces: Any jewelry that has been personalized or custom-made.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at averajewelsshop@gmail.com  with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Securely pack your item to prevent damage during transit (we recommend using a padded envelope).

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
